All funds are held in secure escrow until the asset is confirmed delivered. Payments are processed only via the Zone260-approved gateway.

Rental assets remain the legal property of the vendor. Lessees must ensure standard maintenance and safe operation during the lease term.

In the event of a contractual conflict, Zone260 provides an independent mediation service, referencing the initial asset condition report.

Estimated delivery times are provided for planning. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party freight carriers or unforeseen regional transit conditions.
